3. Returns
3.1 Return due to change of mind
NUPEVE will gladly accept returns for change of mind provided the return request is received by us within 30 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, who must arrange their own shipping.
Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit towards a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.
(NUPEVE will refund the value of the returned products but will NOT refund the value of the shipping costs.
3.2 Returns under warranty
NUPEVE will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, provided the claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.
Customers will be required to prepay return shipping costs, however, we will refund these if the warranty claim is accepted.
Once the items under warranty have been received, NUPEVE will process your claim within 7 days.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you can choose between:
(a) refund to your payment method
(b) a refund in store credit
(c) the dispatch of a replacement item (if stock is available)
4. Delivery conditions
4.1 National transit time
Domestic shipments are generally in transit within 24 to 48 hours.
4.2 International transit time
Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit between 4-22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We can give you a more specific estimate when you choose your courier at checkout.
4.3 Change of delivery address
For shipping address change requests, we can change the address at any time before the order has been shipped.
4.4 Shipping to PO Boxes
NUPEVE will ship to PO Boxes using postal services only. We are unable to offer courier services to these addresses.
4.5 Shipping to military addresses
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.
4.6 Out of stock items
If an item is out of stock, we will wait for it to become available before shipping your order. Existing items on the order will be reserved while we wait for this item.
4.7 Delivery deadline exceeded
If the delivery time has exceeded the expected time, please contact us so we can carry out an investigation.
5. Follow-up notifications
After shipment, customers will receive a tracking link from which they can follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available to them by the shipping provider.
6. Packages damaged in transit
If you find a package damaged in transit, if possible, refuse the package from the carrier and contact our customer service team. If the package has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service team for further advice.

The cost of initial shipping will not be refunded.
